Hi all,

I have two drivers 22y and 18y. When should I plan to get a new academy driver and have them fully trained to all 20? How many years before they need to be replaced?

I have seen before that a driver will do ~500 races before needing to retire.  This number does not include QR.

They start considering retirement around their mid-30s. So I would prepare to dump them as they get close to there. The probability of retirement increases after 35.
