Time zone for race time

What is the time zone used for a league when a race is on because I've started a league and I'm unsure about what time it will be. Is it in GMT/BST or not because it doesn't state. Also, it says 20:30 whereas on the email about the changes I made a couple of days ago, it says 19:30

Hi Richard, the league time is set to GMT so for example if you set the race to start at 1200 (noon) the race will infact start at 1300 BST. Be careful around when the clocks go back (or forward) as it doesn't change automatically.

At right, cheers Ashley, I live in the uk anyway so when the clocks go back, my league will start at 20:00 instead 19:00
