Money lost

Good evening,

Even though I hit my race target, I’ve managed to lose £4.5m (where usually I receive circa £3m).

My sponsors were place, although I’ve lost a considerable amount.

I have a screenshot of the loss, if that helps.

Your help / clarity on this would be appreciated please.

To upload images to the forum you can't upload images from your smartphone, but you need to get a URL (web address) of the image. To get it go to www.postimage.org .In the Home page you will find the words "Insert your image". In the window that will open inside the page, click on "choose images" and look for the image you saved previously. 
Open the file by clicking on it. The image will start loading automatically.

As soon as you load the image, a screen with the various URLs will open, use the direct link function, and copy the link.

At this point we can insert the copied link into the box insert an image

If I’m unable to post the image from my smartphone, then there’s no way of my providing the image I’m afraid.

How else can this be rectified & the cash to refunded to my profile?

Hi, 

The first row in the sponsor layout is the prize you receive when you follow the race.
While, you receive the prize of the second row if you reach the position objective. (but I assume you know that)
Being said the account history shows that in the race race on April 16th the one you're talking about you didn't receive the "second row" bonus.
Do you remember what was your race objective ?
If you can post the screen would be of great help.

Unfortunately I’m unable to post the screenshot, as explained I play on IOS only.

Also as explained in my initial post, I achieved my objective & usually receive circa 3m+, but somehow the game took 4.5m off of me (as the screenshot shows - that I’m unable to send).

Again, your comments would be appreciated.
