It's absolutely difficult to increase reputation in single car league (1 car league) although win a race or even win a championship. I know basically the reputation gains/ losses are based on how the game believes you should be performing based on the rep of your opponents. If you have a higher rep than your opponents, the game expects you to win, and therefore you lose reputation and vice versa. However, I can prove that it's easier a lot to gain reputation in single car league than 2 cars league. For example, While my senior team (MILO Malaysian F1 Racing) was racing in iGP Championship 2020 (a 2 cars league which is hosted by Connor) before in the beginning, the highest reputation manager at that time is Robert, in 8600, and my senior team reputation at that time is 7900 same as now. But after 2 seasons, my senior team reputation was increased to 8500, and also Robert also increased his reputation to 8900. In 2 Cars League, although the highest reputation manager (Robert) still can increase hundred of reputation per season if he performed well and active in every races. But in 1 car league, those managers reputation who are higher than the average league reputation [now is 7400 in my league(2020 Formula iGP Championship)], if they hit the objective, none reputation will gain per race. If they don't hit the objective, deducted at least 10 reputation per race.  If those managers reputation who are lower than the average league reputation hit the objective, few reputation will gain per race. Another ex, my jnr team (MILO Malaysian Jnr team) was racing in International F1 League before. It is a 2 Cars League and the league average reputation was lower than our league (before VR46 & Pegado Motorsports joined) & the level compellation was as same as my league. However, my jnr team although didn't hit the objective or just get few points at that league, but still got 30 reputation per race. Another ex, The minimum requirement to reach global top 10 single car league (1 car league) is the league must has average of 8300 reputation. However on the other side, minimum requirement for 2 Cars League to reach top 10 in global is the average of 8800 reputation.
Now what issue that my league (2020 Formula iGP Championship) is:
Every top managers reputation in my league are rapidly decreased like rocket after every races.
1) Syafiq: 8300 (before joined the league) -> 7800 (now)
2) Faris: 8100 (before joined the league) ->7700 (now)
3) JJ Robert & Scott: 7800 to 7900 (before joined the league)-> 7400 (now)
4) Me: 8500 (before create this league) -> 7900 (now)
IMPORTANT:
Therefore, I suggest that the game should give at least 10 reputation (special for single car league) for those managers whose reputation is higher than the average reputation of the league and also clearly understand how to use KERS in right timing to activate DRS once they hit the objective of the race or win the race.
*Jose, plz don't move my thread to help & support section. Thanks.

Why Should We Vote "Yes"?
Every managers have a final dream becoming one member inside the half of fame. Basically game is just for fun only but if the reputation goes down every race although hardworking, therefore the game will be not fun anymore. I don't want to see that every top managers in single car league reputation rapidly goes down. It's because top managers in single car and 2 cars leagues are having the same level of managerial skills.
I want to say is, I understand that most of managers are racing in 2 cars league so vote "no" because of feeling unfair. But our mind & thinking should be elastic and opened not like robot, if the dev team decided to adjust higher the single car league reputation, then they must also increase 2 cars league reputation to gaining at least 50 to 60 reputation too because they need to balance the game as well right??

500x300
Deducted 2 reputation (7960->7958) after today race although hit the objective (at least p4) which is given by the game.

Players in two cars league have to manage 2 cars (repairs and setup) and 2 drivers (training, setup, strategy and on-track management), that is more complicated than managing 1 car and 1 driver

Hi Patrick, I understand that we can save lots of money in a single car league than a 2 Cars League (2 car league costs more salaries). And basically every 2 cars league managers will gain at least 30 reputation per race if performs well in the race. However, those managers whose are racing in 1 car league deducted reputation although win a race or hit the objective. But if every 1 car league managers reputation continue deducted in every race, how can they reach the half of fame?? I mean the game should giving at least 10 reputation for those single car league top managers because they have the same managerial skills as 2 cars league top managers even though 2 cars league costs a lot than 1 car league. Maybe iGP Manager dev team can adjust higher the single car league reputation for us to prevent the decreasing of whole single car league average reputation. To be fair, they can also increase 2 cars league reputation to gaining at least 50 to 60 reputation per race too if the dev team adjust higher the single car league reputation.

The highest average rep league in the game is a one car league.

You have 12 out of a possible 32 teams competing in the Elite tier of your league and the average rep is just 7432.

Your team rep is over 500 points above the league average and with a low number of competitors plus the low average rep you're almost certain to lose rep points unless you win every race.

It's already far too easy to achieve 10,000 rep, the current top team did it in 169 races. The answer isn't to adjust the calculation to make it even easier so that everyone is a 10k manager, the answer is to either attract a full complement of high rep managers to your league or alternatively leave and join a different league with more of a challenge.

In my experience it is also a lot easier to gain reputation if you race in a league that is full or close to it. 12 out of 32 isn't even half.

You can gain rep in a two car league with such low numbers, but you're also quite prone to lose some or more than you gained if you don't win and are at the top end of the individual reputation in that league and division.

Option A: attract a full complement of high rep managers to my league
Option B: alternatively leave and join a different league with more of a challenge
Definitely I will go for Option A. Maybe I can set a minimum requirement of 7000 reputation in next season for elite tier only if someone wants to join my league.
