Just crossed my mind, when we buy a driver, mandatory tokens are spent, it is either 1 token per bid or 9 tokens for immediate transfer. Now my suggestion is, as I have nothing against this system, that when we sell the driver, tokens that were spent on his purchase go to us as sellers. I think that would be fair, considering that it's mandatory to spend a token to bid. Thanks in advance

This won't be introduced because it is open to exploitation. People creating dummy accounts and bidding on staff being sold by their main account.

Are you trying to say that same person with many account recycle their staff from main account into dummy account, Kevin Bissell?

A year or so back when you auctioned a driver or staff member you received the final auction price. So what some of the less scrupulous gamers did was to create multiple dummy accounts and then use those to bid against each other to drive the price up. Some people amassed billions of pounds/dollars/euros game money using this exploit until the developers changed the auction rules and introduced restrictions on accounts that are financially in debit.

A similar exploit could be used with tokens if the OPs suggestion were to be implemented. So IMO there is absolutely no chance of it ever happening.

Unfortnately, people that wanna cheat are always ruining the game for others.

It could work if new accounts started off with 0 tokens and £0, therefore you wouldn't be adding money to the "economy" by creating new accounts. A drawback would be that it would be tough to do upgrades/buy staff etc for the first few seasons. It would definitely be more of a challenge, but it would also make more sense I think.

Stopping people from going into the negative on tokens is great, but the same should be done for money as well if this system was ever to be introduced. Then it would ensure everyone is being paid what they should and not extra (if money was transferred regardless of it coming from a debt) or less (if money wasn't transferred because winning team was in debt)

Okey, thank you Kevin Bissell for the explanation.

Yep, but it's tricky to let newbies start without tokens, it really helped me to kick off
