Hi guys.  I propose making adjustments to the management of the league.  So that in the league settings you can set a limit on the use of tires (for 20 races 1 car ss - 10, s - 40, m - 40, h - 30).  Offline players who have not completed the practice are not allowed to race.  This will allow them to save parts and engines, will not leave the race, and they can save tires.

I propose that instead of throwing people out of the league, it will be correct to prevent the race.

I suggested that those players who do not practice be nondospar. the idea is ignored. So they’ll hammer on your idea.

It is very bad that the developers do not want to listen to good ideas.

They listen, but they need a one ETERNITY to make it happen. Example: community wanted SC a years before, developers make it happen a few months before

Changes are needed, as everything can be always improved. Let alone when something is so far from perfection, like iGP is.
The problem isn't that consequences are not take into account by users, rather the probelm is when changes are being made without considering all the consequences. Such problems are't responsibility of users, just of the developers.

This may turn off the league master.
I do not see this as a problem.
If the car did not pass the practice, it will linger on the track.

I'd really like to see an option to set a (dry) tyre budget for the season. Unlike a 2 compound rule it'd also be easy for the game to monitor and no token budget issues like with an season engine budget as well. 

Perhaps it has a better chance now for consideration, I remember a thread working out this idea quite a bit 2 or 3 years ago (couldn't find it (quickly)), but back then all work concentrated getting the App out in good shape I think.

In the meantime, this could actually be done as league rule, shouldn't be much more complicated than the 2 compound rule to monitor but that pretty much hinges on the reliability of the race viewer tyre history.
