There is a totally invisible car in my league and you cannot see it except when the car is in first 3 places with a circle round it, or he uses KERS, or when the word DRS on its own goes flying past. It seems quite comical but is used to cheat as you don't know its there.

You should be able to see the car’s livery now. Apologies for this inconvenience. Again, this isn’t a hack, it’s a fail uploading the livery changes.

I would also like to note, you can always see all cars changing from the livery view to the icon view.
