ciao,
io ho un pilota talento 20 livello 7(ora sono livello 10), allenandolo al massimo lo potrò usare anche a livelli più alti sfruttando uno stipendio più basso
O anche con tutto a 20 un pilota di livello più alto andrebbe più forte?

Certo, tienilo e ti sarà utile anche in futuro. Allenandolo costantemente potrai portare il pilota ad avere un livello più alto del tuo. Chiaramente però la crescita del pilota, da quel momento, sarà più lenta.
