O que você estava tentando fazer?
Put the correct amount of fuel before my cars goes to the pitstop.

O que ocorreu de fato?
Every race!!! My cars goes to the pit, I put the amount of fuel (Eg.: 13.5), so, when my car is almost stopping in the box... This value changes automatically, to a complete different number, and it is causing me to lost positions in races, and sometimes I need an extra pit, to put 1 lap of fuel, and lost a lot of positions in races and importan points for my drivers and players... This is an old bug, that you guys never do something about... It is compeltely insane and frustrating.

Please do something. It is killing my races, to put a amount of fuel to my car before the pits, and it automatically changes for another number when the car is near about to stop in the box. PLEASE!!

Why is it a bug?

When you read 13.5, it is the consumption based on the push level used during the previous lap.

When you are in the pit lane, you cross the finish line again and so the game shows you the NEW value based on the lap you have just finished.

Yeah, it would be great if they did something about this, it's the little things that make the big differences.

Hello guys

This is not a bug ... as already written when you're in the pit lane, you cross the finish line again and then the game shows you the 'new' value based on the lap you just finished.

Ok I didn't know this.

In that case, for example at a track like Monaco (where I've never seen this happen) where you are at PL 5 for mostly all the race, does the game know that you need all the fuel possible and therefore doesn't decrease the amount? Whereas at Austria, where it arguably takes out the most (sometimes up to as much as 0.9L) and the fact that you are at a low push level most of the time, so does the game take this drastic amount of fuel out because it knows that you won't be burning as much and can take it out whilst knowing that you probably will make it to the end?

Also, this may explain the randomness of it happening one season and not the next, as you could have a different pit box and therefore didn't cross the start/finish line, thus not changing the fuel.

A possible suggestion could be that as soon as you enter the pit lane it should change the fuel amount immediately, which would allow the player time to adjust their fuel to an amount they are happy with, in stead of just as you reach your pit and don't have the time to change it.

The game doesn't change the fuel amount at all, that remains the same and is set by you in litres, not laps. The only thing changing is the prediction how far you can go with this amount of fuel according to the recent fuel consumption of your car. So if you set your fuel according to this prediction you have to do it at a point at which you believe the recent consumption, mostly influenced by you Push Level use, represents your average lap for the next stint, or adjust accordingly if you set a different tyre and thus different resulting PL. Also keep in mind that unlike the pre-race strategy this prediction is pretty accurate and is not giving an usually pessimistic calculation, aka if it says 9.8 laps you won't make 10 laps at same PL usage.

I meant litres not laps. I was a bit unclear in what I said as well, I know that it doesn't take fuel out, but Instead changes the estimate. I was just suggesting that as soon as you enter the pits it should change the estimate rather than just as you enter your pit box, giving everyone more time to add or takeaway fuel as they wish.
