Say my driver trains down to 1 health, then joins a quick race. Does his low health adversely affect his quick race performance? 

Also, does he still get credit toward his experience rating? 

My understanding is drivers get 1 Experience point for each 20 quick races. Is that true?

Hello

Yes, health also contributes in a Quick Races (QR).

Your driver's experience will increase by 1 point every 20 Quick Races (QR), even if you are entered in a championship, also your driver's statistics will not increase and the age will remain unchanged.
