Hello,
Can you tell me your PC specs please? Thank you!

Just a small tip that might help you figure out if it is hardware or software related(it helped me many times with troubleshooting in the past).
Try creating a new windows profile and run a race (logged out from your main account). This only takes a few minutes to do and is very much worth a try. If it runs smooth on the new profile, then it is time to clean up your main account. Oh and disable all addons in chrome for the test. If it still lags then hit ctrl+alt+del and open the task manager and see if you have anything that eats up your memory.

in 2 different PC the bugs are here, I tried your tips, sometimes works, sometimes not ... As I said it's only since the update, the old version wasn't lagging

Ok, thats a shame. And nothing unusual in your task manager? I run windows 10 with chrome and I had much less issues (performance wise) with the new race viewer.
There could be issues with some specific hardware that you have in your machines and I don't so you should give José your specs so he can compare with other reports.
The only other thing I can think about is if you ran both those computer on the same network? That would suggest a router (or whatever your setup is) issue, they do get old and needs to be replaced over time. And just because it started to happen when the new version was released, it could still just be a coincidence.
Anyway, I hope you get it sorted!
