How to do Team Radio/Green text in the chat

I've been wondering how to do this for a while and I haven't found out how to do it yet. When in the chat, you can display green text as when I was in a race with Yuri Kasdorp, he did it and it said something like *Yuri Kasdorp - PSF1 Youth Team Radio : Go Team Taveres*. Now this looked really cool and I don't know whether anyone else knows how to do this but it looks like a cool little feature to do when in a race :D

type /me before your what you want to type, your name and text will turn green then.

I know this has been here pretty much since the beginning but its little pointless features like this that make the lack of updates, bugs and all round logic on this game more frustrating.
