Need a new CD generation syste

We need a new CD generation system, the current one is very difficult to find a good one, a level 19 - 4, 5 stars is almost impossible, and it makes a big difference in the "birth" of the car.

My suggestion is to make a new construction in the headquarters, as a university that would train the "engineers" CD's, in the same system that we train the pilots, being able to see the attributes, and the higher the level of construction, the greater the chance of finding a 5 stars. The price to train / release is up to you. I would do 1 token to train and 50 token to hire, like edit system ...

This would greatly diminish the problem we are currently facing and would be more of an ingredient to manage, not depending on link search engines or the like that many use ...

This would completely undo the work that they had to implement to edit the system CD. Not to mention that this benefits the highest levels, because, as you quote yourself: "being able to see the attributes, and the higher the level of construction, the greater the chance of finding a 5 star". The editing system is great and it is not difficult to find a CD at a cost of 50 tokens to edit, even 5 stars.

Perfectly put, if the system were to be changed, editing CDs would have to also become much much cheaper
