Tyre estimates

Next race is 33C temp. In practice my softs show only 5 percent wear with mediums showing 1 second slower time at 4 percent. Would I be right in assuming the softs will heat up quick and degrade rapidly killing my race pace?

I am not sure for the degradation part, but tyres that heat up will be slower and that will happen with 33C, even in push level 1 or 2.

It might not kill your race if you make frequent stops for example, but you might loose too much time in pit stops.

The degradation will still be roughly the same so it’s not worth taking into account.
The PL matters though. You will run low push levels.
