new to this game just wanted to know what the max stats are as i have trained my driver in physical and got him to 19 on both stamia and reflex but when i do it again he gets 20 stamia but after the race it drops to 19 is there a reason why for this ?

it drops from 20.0 to 19.9

Andre, the driver skills atrophy slowly. If they are 20 today, they will be reduced tomorrow & so on reducing a little every day. As they get older the speed of decay increases & eventually assuming they don't retire, you won't be able to keep up.
Some believe that a good Doctor will slow this process. Either way, training is the only way to combat this decay

drivers have atrophy, and the max is 20.0, it drops to 19 visually, but he probably will have 19.8 or something like this. Numbers in atributtes dont show decimals, but they exists, for example, if a driver have 14.1, will show 14, if a driver have 14.9 will still show 14.

It's a little nerdy (well a lot nerdy), but I actually figured a way a while back to use the HTML source code of the driver's stat page to get the stats as a percentage (1-100) instead of the normal 1-20. Gives you a little more precision and you can see the atrophy in detail that way.
