In this season my driver often qualified in the second half of grid even if in race he is one of the top driver. I'm third in the standing with 3 race remaining.
There are a lot of example but i want to report the today race. Focus on 2 driver:
Alex zanardi with all 20 in phisical/driving ability and 13/14 in mental ability
Gino d'addario with 20 in all skills except 8 in experience
Alex zanardi's car ACC 155. BRA 135. DOW 79. HAN 96. FUEl 65. TYRE 32.
Gino D'addario's car ACC 175. BRA 145. DOW 71. HAN 123. FUEl 65. TYRE 50.

My driver (d'addario) arrived 8th
Zanardi arrived 15th with same strategy
This is just an emblematic example but there are many others, i'd like to know some fresh information from a dev.
