Poor performance during race

Hi

I'm struggling since last season, my pilots are talent 20 and they have all attributs at maximum, I have very good TD and CD with good weakness, I'm good manager once  come to the strategy...I don't understand why I'm qualifying mostly at back of the grid, and even when I do at P12 or P10 I just loose power and performance during the race, I tried everything but it doesn't work for me I'm not enjoying anymore, seems to be something wrong with my team...A bug or what... I need help urgently...

I'm Elite, I change motors and peace every race, I used to run on top, why nothing works?? I had good Pilot with experience on 20 that I sold and changed by new young drivers, even with experience at 6 and 5 doesn't make any sense, this is not the first time I'm changing pilots, please Double Check Jack Basford 

Good Pilots are not all you need for best performance... Car's design, a good strategy and an excellent racing experience are the best way for improving your team results...

I know what I'm saying believe, and something is wrong on my team, and it's extra factor I believe, cause it's not me definitely... I just loose performance during the race, the qualy all time at back of the grid, I never experienced this before... I really need someone to look into it...
