I have tried everything in my power to reduce my expenses and boost my profits, but I can’t profit from races. I’ll be in debt by my next race. You need to add a more inclusive prize money system that includes all places on the grid and not just the top ten. You give prize money for doing well while people who scarcely place top ten are going bankrupt. This needs to be fixed because my team will not survive for very long at this rate.

The sponser obiectives are made from your previous result top 10 or not.
Other things looking at your team to save you some money; get rid of the doctor, scout your own drivers but they will take a few races to train up and also i see that your CD and TD are nearly out of contract, if you can find a replacement to them rather then renew there contracts. Also use tokens to get money from the shop.
