If you are in the same league, you will be able to race against anybody regardless of the device that they are using.

You can also switch yourself between app and pc if you want.

When searching for a league using the league search area, make sure to put the name of the league into the box, not the iD. Alternatively, you could share this link: https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=137515
