Best strategy for 100% race

3 or 4 stops? Which is best for 1 car league in 100% races?

Mostly 3 stops with softs helping me. 
Any suggestions?

Depends on the track.

On hotter tracks, use mediums x2 and softs and make a 2 stop strategy.
On a rainy day, use wet tyres with 2 stop strategy.
Otherwise, make a 3 stop strategy using a pattern you want. (Monaco: Do all supersofts).
When transitioning from wet/dry or dry/wet, switch strategies as soon as possible.
