Hi all,

Which Level 3 driver (linked below) would you choose if you were a newbie with a brand new team? Which ones would be best for long-term training?

Philip Konig - http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/67777
Melanie Perrot - http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/65946
Pablo dos Santos - http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/65462

Need some help deciding. Thank you!

Perrot is the best, but none of them are good for long term training (you won't find a good long term driver at level 3).

That's what I was thinking. Thanks Eton.

When it comes to long-term training is it best that I use a driver for a full season (to retain points if a winning season is in play) --- And then hire new drivers the next season?

What level drivers are worth it for long-term? Level 4 and 5 drivers seem to be the mark when choices get better. Should I only care about any driver that has above, say... talent level 18?
