So here is my problem with the design part of the car.
Last year I had 4-6 designers per part and achieved +- 9% parts development for next year car.
This year I have 23 designers and the development is less then half.
Makes no sense

23 designers is not enough by any means. Why do you have so few designers? In a 2 car league you should have around 83, and in one car leagues something like 120.

...Eton i reckon that he means 23 designers per part...Jose if yr development was too high for next season, then when that next season starts yr next year development will be slowed down...thats happening to avoid domination from the same team with high development season after season...if i could give u a tip from what i am doing, i always develop for the next season at a 40-50% and then i focus at the current one...with that way when the next season starts i would need just few designers for every part, especially if u r above level 8 and u have the test rig and wind tunnel...

Thankx. I understand the need for it to be harder when your car is improving, but it should have the same effect no matter your position this year, or at least to be more consistent. From 4 to 23 and to get less improvement its really a heavy pennalty.
