Hello I would like to ask for the class demotion of this manager's team

Reason:
- The player has not been active for more than 3 seasons and as a form of punishment I exclude him, but he has returned to the elite and remains inactive.
 So I would like to send it to Recruit and replace him with the manager in Elite Class (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=profile&manager=1748107)
