I would like to make a suggestion for the sake of keeping this game alive and balanced to everyone. This season we have had a manager that could not attend races so instead he saved dp points and once he was back on he decided to use the dp points. Of course this gave him a fair amount of advantage over everyone who have been setting up their car each race and also attending each race.
My suggestion is to avoid dp hording.Points not used before quali is simulated, are lost. this way people will be forced to either use dp or research which should still make them competitive.
Recently joining back on he won 3 races in a row and has destabilized the other's possible race/standings positions. This is not fair to those who log in and set up every race.
