Hello,
In my new role as the Service Manager for iGP, I would like to meet more of you and listen to your views.
I could come and race in your league for a few days or just attend to listen and try to answer any questions you may have. I don't know the answer to everything, but I might know some people who do. We could even make an appointment to chat.
So, let me know if you would like to meet. You can send me a message in game, email, Skype or talk to me via teamspeak.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Andrew Hurn

Do let me know if you have questions.
In fact I was wondering whether you would like an appointed time to meet & talk? I could be on Skype &/or Teamspeak at a particular time if you wanted to chat.
Let me know your thoughts

ok I will kick off by asking you a personal question.
Why do you use & and not write 'and'??
I am worried it might cause problems with translations and as a service manager I would want you to be easily understood.
Please don't feel I am getting at you in any way.

I was taught to use '&' at school.
I have been using it ever since. It's faster to write & type. That doesn't mean its use is correct, it's just what I have always done.
It's not much use in Scrabble...

I wish I had gone to your school - very modern thinking.
As for scrabble - well I'm not much use at that anyway as they never allow - #~*&^^ - as that is how I feel when I keep getting beaten.

how is reaching to your 7 key and pressing shift at the same time faster then leaving your hands on the letters on the keyboard and type and?

It's 1 less key press every time.
Back in my mainframe days.....(I know).........They used to do time & motion studies to measure the amount of time a system saved. Part of this was based on the quantity of key presses an operator needed to complete a particular process. Less key presses equals more productivity.
