Teams not promoted at end of S

Greetings

It's came to my attention that two teams Fryfex and Express Cafe, winners and runners up of Rookie Tier were not promoted into the Pro Tier at the closure of season 22 in Saturday 100.

Can we please have these two teams promoted to Pro Tier as intended and may this be done before Thursday Midnight so teams have two days to prepare for the commencement of the season on Saturday the 20th of June 2020.

There are two arrows left on the header of each league, that count the number of participants (7/16 in your pro tier at the moment). If you click on that icon it shows, that you need at least the half of the maximum participants to activate the promotion.

If there were less than eight participants at the end of the last season, than you know now the reason for this behavior.

Hi David, I've seen this happen in the past few days. I report the problem to support so they are promoted manually.

We had more than 8 teams in Rookie in the end of the season 22.

Yes Lucas, I reported this. I had checked the number by looking at the stay in the league of the teams currently present in rookies. They will be promoted manually.

The problem has been solved.
I manually promoted the two managers to the Pro category.
You can see him now.
