Hi I have lost my account called Luca Fasciolo ( my team is called JAGUAR) and I am in a league called igp world championship. I need help to get it back. Please help me

Hi ed Im luca fasciolo (the manager of JAGUAR) and I have lost mi account today ( I don’t know why) and I want to get it again if you can please help me. If you can’t I think I will leave the game for ever.
