Slow pitstop

I had a really slow pitstop today. I was in 1st and the gap 2nd was 0,9 and the gap to my teammate was 1,5 sec. And when driver was by he pit exit, he was behind my teammate. My pitstop was only 3 tents slower than my teammate. His outlap was 2 sec slower than his teammate, but he was as fast as him in sec 2 and 3. Can somebdy explain how this can?
