KERS deployement issues (App)

What did you try to do?
Press the KERS button(s) on the App, during a live race

What happened instead?
KERS will not deploy, unless you apply massive pressure onto the smartphone screen (about x15 times the pressure needed to activate KERS before this latest update)

When you have managed to get the KERS working, by pressing it the smartphone screen that hard, it will consume KERS % at a rate of 4-5 times greater than it would normally

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Which browser did you experience the problem in?

Can the bug be reproduced?
Another player in the league has also experienced the sometimes, considerably higher KERS usage relative to the track distance covered.

Additional comments:
Along with the above issues noted above, there also appears to be a stability and lag issue for both the App and the PC versions of the game, since the last update.

An extra note: I applied 3 full phone shutdowns and restarts during the race, as well as cleaning the game cache via the App, in an attempt during the race to get the KERS button(s) to work.

Eventually, it could work, but needed a great deal of pressure onto the smartphone screen.
