What is the score with the flags of drivers? Changed mine to Bonaire and something but shown as something else?

The flags of some small states have not been loaded and in these cases the white icon appears.

This didn’t put a white flag, do I get my tokens back?

Also why put the country if the only representation of that is a flag which you don’t have
