It's possible pay merbership with paysafecard??? 

or it's only possible pay with paypal??

It's not possible to pay with paysafecard at this time. We only accept payments though PayPal, but that does not mean you need a PayPal account. If you have a bank card or credit card that can be used through PayPal without registering.
