Looking for Lvl 16 Talent 20

Hi, I'm looking for a level 16, 20 talent driver with preferably medium level experience, 14 or under. If you could pm me with any details I would appreciate it, tnx.

Can I have a level 7 driver with 20 everything

You can only get a driver with 20 on everything at lvl 18 minimum 

Ok how about level 7 driver with ten a everything

I highly doubt it but you can find a driver at lvl 7 and thrn train them up to have 10+ on everything

You Can only get 20 by level 18 19 or 20

You can get talent 20 at any level. If you want it maxed (all abilities @20) then you must be minimum level 18 manager.
