Bidding

Coming here absolutely gutted after dropping a shed load of tokens on nothing.
I was bidding on a CD, on round 44 my phone or the app wouldn't register my click on the bid app.
I've essentially just thrown £5 worth of tokens in the bin. To bid for another desirable CD I'm going to have to spend about £10 on another load of tokens. If I don't win then it'll be another tenner and so on. 
Surely there should be another way to bid for drivers and staff while the developers still make money.
It's stupidly expensive to compete on this game.

There is another way, you can pay 9 tokens to skip the auction process completely. As long as you are the first to bid. 

I'm not a big fan of the auction system in the game requiring me to be online 3h later so, usually , I just pay 9 tokens or if I'm lucky auction for 1 with little time left.

Or if I see an interesting staff I shortlist them and if no bid were made you can sometimes get them for 3 tokens.
