As I am fairly new to this game I dont understand all aspects well and one of those aspects is training. What physical, mental and driving abilities cant be trained and can abilities become higher through races.

Hi James, welcome to the game ;-)

The Talent stat can not be trained, and is fixed throughout a driver's career. Try to get as high a Talent as you can as each -1 Talent works out at +0.050s/lap ;)

The Experience stat can only be gained through league races, and Quick Races. Every 10 league races will gain you +1 Experience for your driver, and every 20 Quick Races, +1 Experience for your driver ;)

Hope that helps! ;-)

Physical:  stamina can be trained to be 20 . Weight can be lowered by one KG  a train to 51 for a male and 46 for a female. The drivers age goes up 1 year every 20 races the driver takes part in (same for the staff)

Driving abilities: talent can not  be trained and will not change through out the drivers career. The higher the quicker the driver will be. The other 4 for DA can be trained to 20

Mental: experice will go up with the more races drivers do. Most drivers will start of with 3 experice and will take 130+ races become 20 experice. All others can be trained to 20

When training a driver try to make sure there weight is as low as possible and stamina is high. Then move onto DA then finish off with mental.
