Lap records messed up by the simulator update on June 23

What did you try to do?
I checked the lap records of each circuit to update my personal spreadsheet.

What happened instead?
I found that a total of 22 qualifying lap records and 2 race lap records were broken on June 23. These times are often 1 to 4 seconds quicker than what can be normally achieved. See my spreadsheet for the details. I suspect this is related to the bugs (see this forum thread) caused by the simulator update on June 23.
