I was doing my setup and the first one i did, I couldn't get anyone feedback. The rest were normal with feedback

This is almost certainly just a regular timeout on the connection on that run, not something that is easy to do much about or reproduce. Unfortunately it can happen sometimes, and it's not necessarily a bug, since it can be your connection at the root of the problem.

Not to say that it was in this instance, but most often we hear of issues like this when people are using 3G connections and things time out. Just something to bear in mind for future reference.
