What did you try to do?
I bought 10 engines using the credits and when I had the 20 new engines supplied I lost them. So instead of having 30 engines I have 20.

What happened instead?
The engines were reset to 20 instead of carrying over the 10 bought.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Both

Hello Sam,
Your engines will only be reset to 20 after every restock. 
If you have 5 before the restock, you will only receive 15 engines. 
If you have 10 before the restock, you will only receive 10 tokens. 

I am going to move this thread to the Help and Support Subforum because it isn't a bug.

Ok, I thought you received 20 engines every 20 races, not that it was reset to 20. I knew it was capped to 20 and you loose any not used  but it doesn't mention that if you purchase additional ones you will loose them. 
Shame as I've wasted some tokens as I only bought them yesterday.
