Hey guys, I am very beginner to this game and wanted to ask whats  the most efficient way to setup my car for every race? And what tires should I use? Also, how many pits should I have and do I have to change tires there? These are the most frequest questions of mine... Thanks for your time if you are reading this!

S-S-S will be the way to go if you are new, since rookie has no tyre regulations.
However, after that, depending on the temperature, with the 2 compound rule, it will be SS-S-S, SS-S-M, S-M-S or S-M-M in any order.

Also, straight from Race of Champions league page: No tyre rules just race & have fun.

To save opening another thread, one more noob query here.

Do staff attributes have any significance or is just stars the important factor?

Example.
TD 1 - 4star / 8tal / 20exp
TD 2 - 4star / 6tal / 15exp

Does TD 1 not drop stars so often when I/team level up?

I would just advise you to start racing and pay attention, so far you have entered 2 races! The tyres will perform differently over the course of a race depending on track temp, you also need to concentrate on tyre temperature with the push levels and boost when the time is right.

3 stops seems a fairly solid strategy to stick to for now until you find your feet, then you will figure out where you can nick it with 2 stops, or might still nick it with 4 stops. I would ignore any advice above of which way to fit tyres, as that is all race and weather specific.

Only decent bit of advice I can say outright is don't let tyres go below 50% life....oh, and read the beginners and advanced guides, then read them again.

You can't be perfect straight away, where is the fun in that?!

I need some help. Tomorrow I am having a race in Brazil with 17 laps, 16 celcius and the tyre wear is 29% for SS, 15% for Soft, 10% for Medium and 8% for Hard. What would it be the most ideal setup? (Also, I need a setup if its going to rain) Thanks!

Dude, you just need to race, and get better with each one from the data provided. If you really want to have inside info you can always download a tyre management app, but there is not much better than just racing, paying attention, then learning from your mistakes.

Unless you plan on posting on the forum before each race and expect to get a decent answer?

Ugh, the race has only 17 laps and tyre wear is huge... 15% for Softs. I have learnt that the tyre heat should not go below 50% so I do maths and with these I can only do 4 laps with softs before they go below 50%...

I advice you to read that thread. It's a beginners guide. A little bit out dated, but still very relevant and helpfull ;)

I have already done that. The only thing that it stuggles me is the set up thing. What tyres should I use for every race , for how long should I keep them, how often should I pit and if i need to change tires on pits.

Tire wear is high because it a very short race

Yeah so? What could I do? If I run only with softs their condition will be on 50% from just lap4. What did you do when you compete here?

So if it's 25percent race distance just do a one stop soft to med on lap 7 pit then switch to med

@Lando Norris, why have you changed leagues 10+ times in 2 days? Haven’t you been penalised/charged for doing that?

But I don’t understand why you’ve jumped about so much without doing anything in the leagues?
