What did you try to do?
I, fairly, allowed people into my elite tier for competitive, fair, racing. This was two full seasons ago. And other league hosts will do the same. One manager left after two seasons.
What happened instead?
The racing did not seem to be fair after said manager joined. This manager seems to have won almost every race in Elite and the title for those two seasons, then just upped and left at the end of that season as the competition started to get a little tough at the end of the second season. This seems to be either a bug or loophole to me.

Additional comments:
as stated above. This seems to be a loophole. It needs to be closed as it seems that certain managers are using it for an unfair gain.

Hi Timothy.
I have escalated this report to the iGP Team but I am unable to give any assurances as to when or if they will have time to investigate. Jack recently said in a different thread that it is their intention to focus on some of the bugs that have already been widely reported and documented.
On a personal note I don't believe the bug you speak about exists. If it did then the Manager who has dominated your league for two seasons and moved on would simply have left / re-joined and continued his domination for another two seasons.
Some managers appear to have adapted better than others to the changes in car development that were introduced a couple of months ago. Have you considered that the manager in question may be one of these?

Thanks for the information and escallating the problem.
However, to be honest.
It has been bought to my attention by one of my leagues managers that the manager involved has gone straight to another league and started winning immediately. This may be a coincidence.
The manager involved was in my league almost exactly a year before these two seasons, for two seasons and did not even get a top 10 finish.
He, does, seem, though to dip out of a league after two seasons and gain some sort of advantage. This may make any problem look like it is not as such.
This does seem to either be a loophole or a bug in the game to me.
