...Getting straight into the point, at every test run i done i was getting back the same feedback...having done 4 test runs i refresh the page without saving and the game logged me off...i logged in again to see that i still had 4 test runs still, but once more the feedback was the same again, another refresh, another login and then it worked (hopefully) correctly...

Ioannis, this crops up from time to time. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I know that when we have looked into this in the past, we have been unable to find a cause for it. Our recent changes to the architecture are amongst other things an attempt to reduce these issues.

When exactly was this happening?

I experienced that issue few times as well.

You are setting up the car and do test run but
- if the issue happen from the first test lap then you won't have any feedback, just blank
- if the issue happen after you already done at least one lap then you will get the same feedback from the previous bugfree lap (i.e Ioannis situation)

From my experience, it mostly occurs either

-when the setup page has been opened for around 30 min
-when in a rush doing my setup quickly because no time to waste 5 min before quali.

It might be related to login session timing out or being timed out (if it makes sense?) from what I experienced and from what Ioannis described.

...no need for apologies Andrew, things like that happens, just felt that i needed to report it...it happened just before i posted about the problem and it was about 30 minutes before the race starts...i never experienced the 1st issue that Rom described (not getting feedback at all), just that i was getting the same feedback....just a thought, maybe its possible to happen when u r testing both drivers at the same time...?

Sounds like your session expired, no big mystery really, but we don't have any notification of that. So you were effectively logged out and not verified for each of the test runs, which would create the surface effect of the "same feedback" each time (really it's not giving you any new feedback because you aren't authenticating as logged in).

This is why it was resolved by the process of logging in and out, and why you still had the 4 test runs there, because they were never used in the first place. Hopefully that clears it up.

...But i had just login in order to do the setup, i wasnt logged for long time...and how it can be explained that with the second refresh i was logged off again...?

I can't explain why the sessions expired, but all indications are that they did. You have more than one account so perhaps you were using both around the same time, logging in one one and logging out the other etc.

There doesn't really need to be a solid explanation, it would be nearly impossible to find one frankly without knowing exactly what was going on at the time. Any number of circumstances or events could have caused it.
