At rookie car design is limited to 50, can that attribute still be higher with the bonus/benefit from suppliers? or is the overall cap still 50?
ie i have braking researched to 50, supplier gives me +3 will I race with braking at 53 or 50?

Yes bonus from suppliers will add points over the 50 cap so it will be a 53 in your case. That only happens in Rookie and Pro tho, not in Elite as the max cap in the game is 200.
Next season your design will be reset and if you saved design points they will be removed. That's for all teams in all tiers in all leagues.

Reset as in all attributes back to 0?
Or is that the thing I've been reading about it using my existing CD for "carry over"(that may not be quite the correct terminology, but I hope you know what I mean...) to the following season?
