If i don't want to recruit new talent from YDA (bcz i can't know the skill of driver before recruiting) then can i get cash for releasing him to driver market, if some team hire him?

Thats actually a cool idea though. It should be added. Although most drivers won't be worth that much, in the long term it could be a good investment for teams!

tbh, no one should be struggling for money, so I don't think we need more of it atm
