To get your account reset, please follow the instructions below:

You can create new tickets for assistance by tapping the Help icon located at the bottom of the in-game side menu between the Settings and Log Out buttons, then switching to the Help & Support tab and tap on the Contact us link. https://igpmanager.com/account/helpdesk
