I think HOF should only shows active managers in the game except friends standing (because we have added some friends who are inactive now). It's unfair to compare active managers and inactive managers in the same standing because inactive managers' reputation will only get deducted/ reset every one month. If those inactive managers become active & rejoin a new league again, then they will rejoin in world/ nation standings with the same reputation and same ranking (according to their reputation).
