Chaging Tyres After Wet Qualy

I want to know how to change the Tyres for a Dry race start but a Wet Qualifying. I have seen my league mates change tyres until just before the lights go out.
I can't see anything on mobile to try and change my tyres. Please help.
And if this is only on Pc web version then its not fair this way.
