It would be interesting if the managers of Elite/Pro league can use the drivers of Pro/Rookie leagues for their Free Practice. Out of the 5 practice sessions available,the managers can use some of the practice sessions for the drivers obtained from the lower league. By doing this the manager could earn some money and the driver could increase his/her skill (preferrably the talent). For this use of driver, both the managers (the using manager and the owner manager) must strike a deal similar to that of getting sponsors. The driver who has completed 1 practice session in upper league automatically forfeits that session in is own league. So, he gets only 4 practice sessions in his league.
