next season design

it's been 3-4 days it's doesnt move, not even by 1% :(
it was used to improve by 7% a day each component.
what should i do?
does it have to be all green or all white the bar if i want to focus ONLY ON NEXT YR CAR?

If its all white, it should develop a little in next year, but not very much! And if its all green, the opposite happens so it should develop a little in this year, but not very much. Have this years designs developed?

it was doing just fine until a few days ago...i donno, maybe it's a casuality but it stopped (23% for next yr the whole lot apart frm the suspensions,15%)when i ve started spying on other cars...but now i ve stopped doin so but it still doesn't move :(
so, if i want to focus on NEXT YR DESIGN ONLY...should i have a full white or a full green bar?

Yes don't spy at all if you want a great car next season! It may be too late now and if so, just continue spying.

For the record, spying (finding out the development percentage of your rivals' parts) does not affect your car design at all. Cloning (attempting to copy the parts) does.
