So my wife's team BITEINTONET RACING is currently running the league. We have 16/16 in Elite, 10/16 in Pro and 11/16 in Rookie because we want active managers and 90% of Rookies that join are casually browsing rather than competing and we remove them after four days. Any manager that has joined 3-days ago, logged in 3-days ago is a waste of time. My team is WESSEX RACING which is level 20 and I haven't been able to re-join the league for over two months. Today we had a level 19 manager join in Pro level, which we can't encourage enough, we'd like more please! because we have a lack of really enthusiastic Rookies moving up into Pro next Season. Why is our League blocked? We want to attract level 20 managers but they don't seem permitted to join even with ballast in Pro. I would like to open up the league across the board but with Elite full, a complete inability to join our league when there are spaces obviously available, life in IGP as a host is becoming really quite limited. Can someone please explain in detail why my team can't join the Pro level with adaquate ballast? Why are we blocked, what exactly is going on here? Is it possible to change at your end? We wanted to create a league that's highly competitive and the inability to recruit 20 level managers when Elite is 16/16 is killing my league. Kind regards, Luke & Elly

Is this the team that you are talking about?

If so, the most likely reason that you can't join your current league in the Pro tier is that it is an Elite team (competed in Elite the last time they were active). The game will not allow an Elite team to join a Pro tier.
There is a workaround. Join any league which has spaces in both Elite and Pro. Once you have done this send me a PM and I will ask support to relegate you to Pro. Once this has been done you will be able to join your own league as a Pro team.
If you join this league I will see you join and there won't be any need for you to PM me...

Is it not possible to allow Elite teams to join Pro level if they want to join a particular league then move up? That helps create a competitive league rather than inexperienced Rookies moving up faster than they should. This rule seems extraordinarily restrictive. So we can't recruit anymore higher level teams now? We have had level 17 managers join Rookie in the last few months. So if we have a high level manager wanting to join our league I have to tell them to find a league with 15 Elite managers that's near ending a season, purposefully loose so they are relagated to Pro, then join us? I just need to get this straight as I'm making a video about it that will be a huge improvement on the last I made.

Your team has been relegated, you may now leave the interim league and re-join your own. Just be careful you don't get relegated to Rookie because support will not manually promote. LOL.
BTW. The reason that the game doesn't allow Elite teams to join a lower tier:
It prevents managers who just like to win at any cost but aren't good enough to win at an Elite level from joining an easier tier and dominating managers who may not be as experienced. It doesn't help you who are trying to populate a Pro tier but that's the reason.
