It means your driver is out of the race (retired, as Ricardo stated), regardless of the reason.

Did you even add fuel to your car to begin with? You retired on lap 0.

Dan - make sure you replace parts before they break down, they don't last forever.

maybe a thought If its fuel maybe you thought that u have to qualify on low fuel? when if fact qualifying is always done on low fuel no matter how much fuel you put in for first stint.. As i sore u made 22 pit stops in previous race and seemed to only have fuel for 1 lap, maybe at the next race you didn't quite put enough in for it to complete a lap to the pits.
Either that or a bug or just accidentely set the fuel to low.

Make sure you put enough fuel for a whole stint of STINT 1 which is between 8 and 14 laps of fuel at next race in Japan depending on if you doing 1 stop or 2 stops.
