That great advice Connor if the guy could log in. Bit hard to send in a ticket if you cant login as he don't have access to the account ?

I was assuming that the Original Poster could use the account they posted the thread with, to send a ticket, and the support team will be able to assist them through the helpdesk to recover their lost account. 

Fair enough.

But how does one get a hold of the support team If you only have the one account? There must be away correct? This info would be handy to have, Yes?
